Top Innovation's 30-day Money Back Policy

If an item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for either a replacement or full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges.  In some circumstances an additional restocking fee will apply.

If you are having a problem with your unit, Top Innovations will repair or replace -at our option- any defective unit, per the warranty.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions before shipping items back to us. Please do not return any product to us without a Return Authorization Number. For defective items, returning within 30 days from purchase, a prepaid shipping label can be issued. Units outside of 30 days will fall under warranty and the consumer will be responsible for shipping the unit to Top Innovations.

Top Innovations does not reimburse postage/shipping charges to return the product. We do not accept “collect” or COD returns.

To Return an Item:

1. Call customer service (800-711-6617 M-F 8AM – 5PM CST) to receive your Return Authorization Number. You will need to have the following information available when you call:

     • Model & serial number

     • Description of problem or reason for the return

     • Your name, address and phone number

     • Date of purchase

     • Place of purchase

     • Proof of purchase or receipt, order confirmation, packing list,         etc.

 2. Box the item securely, in its original packaging if available. Enclose original packing materials and all accessories unless advised otherwise by customer service agent.

 3. Include your name, address, telephone number and Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return package. Enclose a copy of your receipt or order confirmation or fax it to 816-584-9066 or email to customerservice@topinnovations.com (this is a must for warranty service issues).

 4. For non-warranty service returns: Include check or money order in an envelope and tape it to the unit. Return Authorization Number should be on the outside of the envelope- or, advise customer service agent of other payment information. We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa.

 5. Returned products must be sent postage/freight prepaid to the following address via UPS, US Postal Service or other means of your choosing to:
