- How to select a right product to meet my cleaning needs?
Daily Cleaning and Garment Care Steam Fast products meet your daily cleaning and garment care. SF-227 and SF-260A are designed for light duty cleaning jobs, such as kitchen area, bathroom, window glasses, and furniture cleaning. SF-275 was designed for heavier duty cleaning jobs, such as floor carpet. SP-660, SF-435, SF-420, SF-465, and SP-680 were designed for garment care. ZZ-401 meets most of your sewing needs.

- How do you ship the goods?
By default, we ship the accessories by regular mail, and ship the unit by UPS ground or FedEx ground. An extra charge may apply for your special delivery request.
- What are the warranties for your products?
Top Innovations, Inc. offers 1 year parts and labor warranties for all our products. However, the warranties will not cover the accessories. Click here for more details.
- How do I do the warranty registration?
To get proper warranty for your unit, please register at Warranty Registration.
- How do I contact the Customer Service?

- Can I return the product back to your company?
